Punjab Allocates Significant Budget for Health and Education: Senior Minister Maryam Aurangzeb

Punjab’s Senior Minister, Maryam Aurangzeb, has stated that in an important step towards improving the quality of life in Punjab, the government has allocated a comprehensive budget focusing heavily on the education and health sectors. This initiative is part of the Punjab Development Program aimed at enhancing vital services across the province.

Maryam Aurangzeb further mentioned that these funds are designated for transforming infrastructure, with special emphasis on water purification, sewage systems, and ensuring access to clean drinking water. These projects are designed to set a standard for future development and to make Punjab a model of sustainable and equitable growth.

Furthermore, the financial strategy for 2024-25 has been structured to distribute developmental funds evenly across the region, eliminating any bias and promoting fairness in the allocation of resources. The completion of these developmental works has established a milestone for the government’s commitment to its development agenda.

The Senior Provincial Minister, Maryam Aurangzeb, highlighted the government’s dedication to transforming the educational and health infrastructures of the province. “Through these comprehensive development projects, we aim not only to improve infrastructure but also to elevate the standard of living for every resident of Punjab,” Aurangzeb stated.
