Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif departs for Riyadh

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed for an official visit to Saudi Arabia at the invitation of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Accompanied by senior cabinet ministers, the Prime Minister’s visit is focused on strengthening relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

During his stay, Shehbaz Sharif will hold bilateral talks with the Crown Prince, including a comprehensive review of bilateral relations and an exchange of views on global and regional issues of common interest.

The visit is expected to bolster cooperation in various sectors, reflecting the shared commitment to strengthening the longstanding relationship between the two countries.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan highlighted the deep historical ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, emphasizing shared faith, principles, and trust.
