The declaration emphasized the Pakistani military”s full endorsement of the ongoing liberation movement in IIOJK, grounded in international law and UN Security Council resolutions. The military leaders denounced India”s continuing occupation, highlighting the severe military restrictions, extensive human rights violations, and demographic manipulations as flagrant breaches of international norms.

The ISPR statement further noted India”s belligerent actions and inflammatory pronouncements as destabilizing factors in the region, exacerbating the suffering of the Kashmiri population.
