Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah paid tribute to Kashmiri martyrs on Kashmir Martyrs’ Day and recalled the massacre of Kashmiris in 1931 during Dogra rule.
He emphasized that the sacrifices of Kashmiris will forever be etched in history, and highlighted their continued struggle for freedom. Shah expressed confidence that freedom will ultimately prevail in the region.
The Chief Minister condemned the alleged ongoing atrocities and barbarism inflicted upon Kashmiris by the Modi administration. He reiterated that the implementation of United Nations resolutions is the only solution to the Kashmir issue.
Shah stressed that the UN Charter guarantees Kashmiris the right to self-determination. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for their Kashmiri brethren and pledged continued solidarity.
The Chief Minister urged the international community to raise its voice against the alleged human rights violations in Kashmir. He concluded by paying tribute to the sacrifices of the Kashmiri people.
