The Pakistan International Maritime Expo and Conference 2025 commenced today at the Expo Centre, drawing significant global participation to advance the nation”s Blue Economy.

During a media briefing, Commander Karachi, Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi, highlighted the crucial role of the exhibition and conference in propelling Pakistan”s maritime economic sector forward.

The Vice Admiral apprised that the four-day gathering will feature 133 delegates from 44 countries. He noted that the expo includes 178 exhibitors, with a breakdown of 28 international and 150 local entities.

The event”s agenda includes high-level Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) meetings, the formalization of agreements through MoU signings, and a dedicated International Maritime Conference titled “Harnessing Blue Economy, Potential for Sustainable Development.”
