The Prime Minister of Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq, recently revealed the arrest of a terrorist network in Azad Kashmir, with connections traced back to Afghanistan.
He claimed that the backing of this network clearly involves the role of Indian intelligence agencies.
In a statement issued here, Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq stated that fake accounts from abroad are being used to spread hateful propaganda in Azad Kashmir, sponsored by India. He further added that India is our eternal enemy and has targeted the Muslim minority.
He said that evidence of the presence of terrorist organizations in Azad Kashmir has been found and action against them has begun. The Prime Minister emphasized the need to make sacrifices to counter terrorism and to fight this war mentally and intellectually.
The Prime Minister mentioned that the police are prepared for community policing, as threats of this level of terrorism were not present before. He stated that it is necessary to strengthen law enforcement agencies and integrate the intelligence system.
He added that the budget has been controlled under austerity measures, and more than half of the Prime Minister’s House budget has been surrendered. Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq claimed that despite all difficulties, the system has not been allowed to weaken.
The Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir said that it is important to target the enemy with strategic planning while adhering to international laws. He expressed confidence that, God willing, cries would be heard from India’s occupied Kashmir to the Red Fort, proving the truth of their claims.
