Senior Minister Punjab Marriyum Aurangzeb announced a collaborative effort between the Punjab Government and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) focusing on enhancing climate resilience and environmental improvement.

This initiative follows directives from Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Aurangzeb highlighted that discussions were held with an ADB delegation covering topics such as climate change, agricultural e-mechanization, carbon credits, and farmer welfare.

According to Ms Aurangzeb, effective measures are currently being implemented in Punjab aligned with the vision for climate resilience. This partnership aims to address pressing environmental challenges and support sustainable agricultural practices in the region.
