Karachi: A tractor-trolley killed a woman and her two young sons in Toba Tek Singh on Saturday.

According to police, the woman and her sons were on their way on a motorcycle when the tractor-trolley hit them amid fog in Chak No 289 near Rajana in Toba Tek Singh in the province of Punjab. As a result, they suffered severe injuries and died. The victims were identified as Nanni and her two sons, Kashif Riaz and Asif Riaz.

A Rescue 1122 team rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities. The police have lodged a report and started an investigation in the accident.

No arrest could be made till filing this report as the driver of the tractor-trolley fled to unknow destination from the scene. However, police have started search for him. A mourning atmosphere prevailed in the victims’ house.
