KARACHI: British Prime Minister’s Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Nigel Casey called on Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari here on Thursday.

During the meeting held at Bilawal House, Chairman PPP and British Prime Minister’s Special Representative discussed matters of mutual interest and bilateral relations. British Deputy High Commissioner Mr. Mike Nithavrianakis was also present on the occasion.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Nigel Casey agreed on the need to continue the peace process for stability in the region. PPP Chairman said that Pakistan’s relations with the international community needed to be taken to new heights. He said that as a nation that had rendered tremendous sacrifices in the war on terror, Pakistan wanted peace in the region.
