Terrorism – Security Forces Eliminate Seven Indian-Backed Militants

Seven suspected terrorists, allegedly linked to an Indian proxy group, were killed in a military operation in Dera Ismail Khan District, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported today.

The ISPR said that security forces conducted the intelligence-based operation in the Kulachi area, targeting a group believed to be affiliated with Fitna al Khwarij.

The ISPR statement indicated that troops effectively engaged the militants’ position, resulting in the deaths of seven individuals. Among the deceased were three Afghan nationals and two suicide bombers.

Pakistan has called upon the interim Afghan government to prevent the use of its territory for terrorist activities against Pakistan. A search operation is underway to eliminate any remaining terrorists in the region. The Pakistani military has affirmed its commitment to eradicating terrorism sponsored by India within the nation.
