Six Accidents in One Day: 17 Injured, One Killed

In Okara, six different accidents occurred in a single day, resulting in one fatality and injuries to 17 people, including women and children. The injured were given initial medical aid and then transferred to nearby hospitals.

According to details, the first accident occurred on Grand Trunk Road near a petrol pump, where two young men were injured when their motorcycle slipped. In the second incident, near the suburban area of 25 Two-R Sango Ka, a motorcycle collided with a cart due to high speed, injuring a woman and a child.

The third accident happened near 49 Two-L Stop when two rickshaws collided, injuring four people, including a woman. The fourth incident occurred on Canal Renala Road when a motorcycle collided with a cart, resulting in serious injuries to two individuals.

The fifth accident took place at 18/19 One-L Stop on Shergarh Road when two motorcycles collided, leading to one person’s death and injuries to three others. The sixth incident occurred near a marriage hall on the National Highway when a car tire burst, injuring five people riding in a rickshaw.

Rescue 1122 teams provided timely initial medical aid to all the injured and subsequently transferred them to local hospitals. Some of the injured are reported to be in critical condition.
