KARACHI: Robbers shot and injured a man during a robbery resistance in Karachi’s Lines Area in the wee hours of Thursday.

According to rescue sources, armed robbers tried to loot a passerby, Arshad, 28, son of Liaquat at gunpoint in Lines Area near Saddar in Karachi, but he offered them resistance. The robbers opened fire on him, leaving him injured. The injured was rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for treatment, where his condition was stated to be out of danger.
