KARACHI: Pakistan Meteorological Department informed on Saturday that mainly hot and humid weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country during the next 24 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm is expected in upper and northeastern Punjab; Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir.

Hot and humid weather prevailed over most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm occurred in Kashmir, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, lower Sindh, Lahore and Murree.

Yesterday’s Recorded Highest Maximum Temperatures (°C): Dalbandin 42, Lasbella, Khanpur, Mithi, Noorpur thal and Sibbi 41.
