Railways Minister Honors Fallen Police Officers On Martyrs’ Day

Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi on Monday honored the sacrifices of police officers on Police Martyrs’ Day, referring to them as national heroes. Abbasi declared that the officers who gave their lives fighting terrorism are the nation’s pride and a shining crown. He emphasized their bravery, stating they wrote a saga of peace and security with their blood.

The minister lauded the officers and personnel as the nation’s protectors, standing on the front lines against terrorists. He acknowledged their instrumental role in defeating anti-state actors, with thousands making the ultimate sacrifice for national security. Abbasi affirmed that their sacrifices established the groundwork for peace and stability in Pakistan. He stated they traded their present for the nation’s peaceful future, assuring their sacrifices will never be forgotten.

Pledging his ministry’s support, Abbasi declared the Railway Police’s commitment to continuing the legacy of these fallen officers. He promised support for the families of the deceased, emphasizing the Ministry of Railways’ solidarity with them.
