Islamabad: Minister for Investment Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh has expressed the Government's strong resolve to promote sustainable investment and economic growth in the country. He was chairing a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Regulatory Reforms Package in Islamabad.According to Radio Pakistan, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh praised the efforts of the BOI reform team and highlighted the productive collaboration with regulatory bodies. The Regulatory Reforms Package put forth includes one hundred and thirty-six proposals, out of which one hundred and four have been endorsed for immediate implementation.The Minister emphasized the importance of these reforms in creating a conducive environment for investors and enhancing the country's economic landscape. The meeting underscored the Government's commitment to accelerating economic activities through policy facilitation and regulatory improvements.
