Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Islamabad, Shakir Hussain Dawar, today conducted a public forum at his office to address citizen complaints and issued immediate orders for their resolution.

During the session, DIG Dawar highlighted the availability of the IGP Complaint Cell 1715 for registering complaints. He stated that Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, has directed all senior police officials to hold open courts throughout the district.

Following these instructions, all zonal Superintendents of Police (SPs) are organizing similar forums in their areas to ensure public concerns are heard and addressed. The Islamabad Police force is committed to community engagement and effective problemsolving, encouraging residents to voice their grievances. Addressing public concerns is the top priority of the Islamabad Capital Police.
