Monsoon Rains Expected to Lash Pakistan Starting Tomorrow*

Pakistan braces for widespread monsoon rains predicted to begin tomorrow, June 25, and persist until July 2, according to a weather advisory from the Pakistan Meteorological Department.

The anticipated downpour comes as moist currents from the Arabian Sea move into the upper and central parts of the nation, expected to strengthen in the coming days.

A significant westerly wave is also projected to arrive in the upper regions of Pakistan tomorrow, June 25, and become more pronounced on June 26. This combination of weather systems is poised to bring substantial rainfall across the country.

Visitors have been cautioned to exercise vigilance and refrain from journeys during periods of heavy precipitation. Government officials have been encouraged to maintain a high level of preparedness and to enact preventative steps to lessen the effects of the expected deluge.

Citizens are advised to remain updated on official announcements and take necessary precautions throughout the monsoon season.
