President Asif Ali Zardari has reshaped the 11th National Finance Commission (NFC) by accepting a new member nominated by the Balochistan government. A presidential decree confirmed Mahfooz Ali Khan as Balochistan’s non-official representative, replacing the previous nominee.

Separately, the head of state also enacted the Criminal Laws (Amendment) Bill of 2025. The Presidency’s media office released these updates on Saturday. No further information about the legislative changes was immediately available.
