Political leadership has disappointed, corrupt elite should be thrown out of power, Ulama Mashaikh Federation Pakistan

Ulama Mashaikh Federation Pakistan chief Sahibzada Ahmed Imran Naqshbandi has declared that both PTI and PDM have disappointed the nation, and demanded that the corrupt and selfish elite be thrown out of power. Speaking at a ceremony held on Monday on the occasion of Pakistan Day, he said that the public is being ignored by a handful of elites in the ongoing battle for power, who have held 220 million people hostage.

These views were expressed during a special event titled “The True Objectives of the March 23 Pakistan Resolution,” organized by the Mashaikh Federation of Pakistan on the occasion of the anniversary of the 1940 Lahore Resolution.

In his presidential address, Naqshbandi said that the real foundation of the Pakistan Resolution is the Nizam-e-Mustafa, and the purpose of creating this country was to establish the supremacy of Islam. He argued that political stability is essential for economic stability, which is inherent in the ideology of Pakistan.

The federation chief emphasized that Pakistan’s integrity depends on strong institutions and warned that some individuals are facilitating the work of the country’s enemies through their political rivalries. He urged both institutions and political leaders to refrain from staking national integrity for personal interests.

The speakers at the event highlighted the serious internal and external threats facing the country and called on citizens to renew their pledge by rising above all differences. They stressed that national unity is the greatest strength against the “nefarious designs” of the enemy and is essential for the progress and prosperity of the homeland.

Recalling the message of the nation’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Naqshbandi described the golden principles of Unity, Faith, and Discipline as the key to Pakistan’s stability. He described March 23 as a living message that reminds citizens of the unparalleled struggle and great sacrifices of their forefathers.

The speakers urged the public to unite for the country’s development, stability, and lasting peace. They called for adopting a unanimous narrative to eradicate terrorism and pledged to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Army for national defense, affirming that no agenda is greater than the integrity of the country.
