PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court today approved the bail of Ali Amin Gandapur – who is nominated for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister slot- till March 19.
Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Waqar Ahmed of the PHC heard the petitions about the cases against Gandapur.
During the hearing, the court ordered the authorities not to arrest the nominated KP CM in any case. The court also sought the details of the cases against him.
Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had nominated Ali Amin Gandapur for chief minister Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa slot. Gandapur is a former federal minister.
