Pakistani Independence Day Celebrated In Tashkent With Rally Bikers

Pakistani Independence Day festivities in Tashkent included a unique group of celebrants: motorcyclists participating in the Central Asia Rally-2025. The event, held at the Pakistani Embassy, brought together members of the Pakistani community and the rally participants.

The ambassador of Pakistan to Uzbekistan, Ahmed Farooq, led the flag-hoisting ceremony. Presidential and prime ministerial messages were shared with the attendees. Farooq, along with Syed Rafiullah, Convener of the Pakistan-Uzbekistan Parliamentary Friendship Group, and the leader of the motorcycle rally, addressed the gathering.

Rafiullah emphasized the significance of national unity in overcoming obstacles, referencing Pakistan’s triumph in Marka-e-Haq. Community representative Akhter Amin also conveyed heartfelt sentiments on the occasion. The ambassador presented certificates to the rally bikers, who journeyed overland from Lahore to Uzbekistan.
