Pakistan, Turkiye agree to revive Pak-Turk Mobility grant Program

ISLAMABAD:,,, Pakistan and Turkiye have agreed to revive the Pak-Turk Mobility grant Program for exchange of teachers and academia between the two countries.

The understanding was reached during a meeting of a Turkish delegation led by Ambassador of Turkiye to Pakistan Mehmet Pacaci with Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Madad Ali Sindhi here in Islamabad on Wednesday.

The two sides discussed exchange of expertise regarding Vocational and Technical Training. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said Quaid-e-Azam University and other universities will offer research fellowships to professors of Turkish Universities to conduct researches on topics of mutual interest.

The Turk Ambassador said People of Turkiye have deep affiliation with Pakistan and cooperation between the educational institutes will take the bilateral ties to new heights.

He briefed the minister about the multiple ongoing projects by the Government of Turkiye under the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
