Pakistan, Saudi Arabia Forge New Economic Pact as PM Concludes Visit

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have launched a new economic cooperation framework, a landmark development that capped Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif’s official tour to the Kingdom, which concluded today.

The strategic agreement was established during a high-level meeting between the premier and Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. This new understanding is poised to strengthen financial and business ties between the two allied nations.

Following the successful conclusion of his trip, Mr. Sharif has departed for Islamabad.

A formal send-off was held at King Khalid International Airport, where the Deputy Governor of Riyadh, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, bid farewell to the Pakistani leader, marking the end of his diplomatic engagement in the country.
