Pakistan Denounces Israel for Breaching Gaza Peace Agreement Amid Civilian Casualties

Pakistan today strongly denounced Israel for violating a recently concluded peace agreement with renewed attacks in the Gaza Strip, which have reportedly resulted in civilian deaths. The government has labeled the aggression a flagrant breach of international law.

In a formal statement, Foreign Office Spokesperson Tahir Andrabi asserted that the actions by the Israeli occupying forces represent a clear infringement of the peace accord and established global norms.

Andrabi expressed concern that such aggressive measures threaten to undermine international efforts aimed at achieving durable peace and stability throughout the volatile region. He emphasized the damaging impact these assaults could have on long-term diplomatic solutions.

The spokesperson called upon the international community to intervene and ensure an immediate cessation of the ceasefire violations by the Israeli military. The statement urges global powers to hold the occupying forces accountable for their actions.

Pakistan also reiterated its principled and steadfast position on the Palestinian issue. The nation reaffirmed its support for the establishment of an independent, sovereign, and contiguous State of Palestine based on the pre-June 1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
