KARACHI: In exercise of the powers vested in him under section 9 (4) of the Commecs Institute of Business and Emerging Sciences (CIBES) Act 2009, the Sindh governor / patron has appointed Omar H Karim as Chairman, Board of Governors, CIBES, Karachi for a period of four years with affect from 30th April 2022, says a notification issued on 8th September 2022.
