Z SAIS Cloud and Botnostic Solutions have announced a collaboration to integrate artificial intelligence into human resource management platforms across Pakistan, targeting corporate, educational, and government sectors.

According to a statement today, the new alliance will incorporate Botnostic’s AI-driven recruitment and career advisory systems into the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) portfolio of Z SAIS Cloud, an entity of the information services company Zong. This integration is designed to provide organizations with advanced digital tools for talent analytics, workforce optimization, and professional development.

Speaking on the agreement, Farooq Raza, Head of Business Solutions at Zong, stated that the initiative is part of an ongoing effort to enhance Z SAIS Cloud’s offerings with advanced technologies. “By integrating Botnostic’s AI-driven SaaS solutions, we are empowering organizations to adopt smarter, data-driven approaches to talent management and career development,” he said.

The objective of the joint venture is to make sophisticated digital HR tools more widely available. Ramsha Khuram, CEO of Botnostic Solutions, commented on the strategic move, stating, ‘This integration will make intelligent recruitment, advisory, and analytics tools more accessible across Pakistan’s enterprise and education sectors.’

This development expands Z SAIS Cloud’s suite of enterprise software offerings. By combining Botnostic”s artificial intelligence capabilities with Z SAIS Cloud’s infrastructure, the two organizations intend to set a new standard for how human resource and talent management ecosystems function in the digital age.
