Karachi Water Board declares emergency as towel factory catches fire

Karachi: A fire broke out in a towel factory located at Korangi Bilal Chowrangi in Karachi on Thursday while authorities said no casualty was reported so far. Karachi authorities said that the reasons for the fire eruption have not been ascertained yet. Fire Brigade officials said that six fire hydrants are busy extinguishing the fire. Karachi Water Board has declared an emergency at Landhi Hydrants and dispatched water hydrants to the site area.
