The CTO issued clear instructions to all Zonal DSPs to implement effective traffic arrangements and ensure uninterrupted movement of vehicles throughout the city. He emphasized the importance of maintaining traffic flow during processions by providing alternative routes to the public.
Captain (r) Syed Zeeshan Haider urged citizens to avoid illegal parking along procession routes and nearby areas. He warned that strict action will be taken against those found violating parking regulations. Citizens were advised to park their vehicles only in designated parking areas.
He further added that traffic police officers will be on duty round the clock (24/7) during the month of Muharram to manage and facilitate traffic movement efficiently.
