ICC Penalizes Pakistan Cricket Team for Slow Over-Rate in ODI Series

The International Cricket Council has issued a 5% match fee penalty to the Pakistan Cricket Team for maintaining a slow over-rate during the third ODI against New Zealand.

The penalty was enforced after Pakistan fell one over short of the required pace, marking the third consecutive time they have faced fines in the series. This latest infraction followed similar penalties in the first two ODIs.

Mohammad Rizwan, captain of the Pakistan team, admitted to the oversight after the match. The series concluded with New Zealand achieving a clean sweep over the hosts.
