QUETTA: Saleh Muhammad Nasar, Secretary, Health Department visited Emergency Department and different wards of SPH during his surprise visit to Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta, according to a statement issued here on Sunday.
Praising the meeting of Pakistan Medical Association, Young Doctors Association with Medical Superintendent, SPH, Quetta and Deputy, Medical Superintendent, SPH, Quetta convened for bringing about a change in the affairs of the hospital, Nasar said measures in consultation with all stakeholders were inevitable to be adopted for improving the condition of the hospital. On the occasion, Secretary, Health Department issued directives for shifting neuro surgery ward and ENT ward to Ditu ward in order to overcome the deficiency of beds.
On the occasion, Medical Superintendent, SPH, Quetta, Dr. Amin Khan Mandokhail, DMS, Dr. Naseem Katkezai, Managing Director, Trauma Centre, Dr. Syed Yasir Hussain Shah, Dr. Azeemullah Babar, Dr. Aftab Kakar of Pakistan Medical Association, Dr. Hafeez Mandokhail of Young Doctors Association, Dr. Rahim Babar, Aurangzaib Kakar, Dr. Tahir Agha and others were also present.
