Former Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan MNA Asadullah Bhutto has declared that Hamas fighters, with divine help, have set a new example of resistance by humiliating the pride of powerful enemies like Israel and America in the war of right and wrong. He said that Muharram gives the message of resistance against oppressive and tyrannical rulers.

He said this while addressing a gathering in Sachal Goth. Naeem Akhtar, Ahmed Faheem Usmani, and Hammadullah Bhutto also addressed the gathering.

Bhutto criticized the new federal budget of 17,573 billion rupees, calling it good news for the ruling class and a storm of inflation for the public. He condemned the imposition of 463 billion in new taxes, which will directly affect the people. He said that instead of putting more burden on the people already suffering from back-breaking inflation and injustice, the elite are not reducing their salaries, allowances, and luxuries.

He said that a large part of the budget is being spent on rulers, military expenditures, and debt repayment, and very little has been allocated for the poor, so this budget is not a development plan but a plan for the distribution of state resources among the ruling class. Bhutto said that the solution to the country’s problems is possible only through the Islamic system and honest leadership, and appealed to the people to support the leadership striving for real change.
