Governor Sindh meets Chief Justice of Palestine and Imam of Al-Aqsa Mosque

Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori met with Palestinian dignitaries at Governor House in Islamabad, where they discussed bilateral relations and the Palestinian cause. The meeting was attended by the Chief Justice of Palestine, Dr. Mahmoud Sidqi Abdul Rahman Al-Habash, and the Grand Mufti of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Ahmed Hussein, along with their delegation.

The Palestinian Ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Zaheer Muhammad Hamdallah Zaid, and Chairman of Pakistan Ulema Council, Hafiz Tahir Mahmoud Ashrafi, were also present. Discussions focused on the close relations between Pakistan and Palestine, the unity of the Muslim world, and the ongoing Palestinian struggle.

Tessori reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people and emphasized the religious significance of Al-Aqsa Mosque for Muslims worldwide. He praised the Palestinians’ struggle for freedom.

The Governor presented gifts to the visiting dignitaries, including shields, shawls, and other items.
