Pakistani security forces have neutralized 50 militants in a four-day operation near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

The operation, a significant counter-terrorism victory, took place in the Sambaza area of Zhob District.

From August 7th to 9th, 47 insurgents, designated as khwarij, were killed in fierce clashes.

A subsequent sanitization operation on August 10th and 11th resulted in the elimination of three more India-backed militants.

Troops confiscated weapons, ammunition, and explosives during the operation.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated these actions aim to secure Pakistan’s borders and maintain peace and stability.

The ISPR affirmed the military’s dedication to eliminating hostile actors and protecting the nation’s territorial integrity.
