Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer Hussain has assured that the federal government is committed to resolving all the pending issues of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on a priority basis.

Talking to Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi here in Islamabad on Monday, he said the federal government will extend all possible assistance to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) to address economic as well as law and order issues.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is lagging in the race for development, despite having an abundance of resources. He said public issues will have to be addressed by improving performance in agriculture and industrial development.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on matters of mutual interest as well as agricultural and industrial development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
