Karachi: The everyday number of coronavirus infections in Pakistan has dropped to below 50 as the country reported 47 more coronavirus infections and no fatality during the last 24 hours (Saturday) with infectivity ratio dropping to 0.38 percent, showed the statistics released by the National Institute of Health (NIH) on Sunday morning.
According to NIH data, the death toll in the country remained the same at 30,612 while the number of total infections now stood at 1,572,316 after adding the fresh 47 cases.
During the last 24 hours (Saturday), 12,369 tests were conducted throughout Pakistan whereas the positivity ratio stood at 0.38 percent. The number of patients in critical care was recorded at 73.
