Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur visited the Afghan Embassy following the devastating earthquake in Afghanistan and offered condolences and assistance. He expressed heartfelt sympathy to the victims and assured all possible support from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Gandapur expressed solidarity with the Afghan people in their grief and promised full cooperation from his administration.
He termed dialogue as the only way for sustainable peace in the region and emphasized the importance of creating employment opportunities through increased trade. The Chief Minister reiterated the ongoing efforts at the provincial and national levels to assist returning Afghan refugees and address their challenges. He termed mutual cooperation between Pakistan and Afghanistan beneficial for both countries.
