Pakistan People’s Party Information Secretary Senator Aajiz Dhamrah has announced that Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will lead protest demonstrations against the illegal canals on the Indus River.

This protest will see enthusiastic participation from the leadership and workers of the People’s Party, along with the people of Sindh.

Aajiz Dhamrah stated that the public struggle against these illegal canals will continue until the federal government rescinds its decision regarding them. He further added that the intensity of this struggle will increase over time.

The People’s Party initiated protests against the illegal canals, starting with demonstrations at the district level, which will now also continue at the union council level.

Dhamrah said that the party leadership was the first to present a stance against these canals, and this protest has become the voice of the people against the federal decision.
