Balochistan officials to face action for not complying with CM orders

KARACHI: Jam Kamal Khan, Chief Minister Balochistan, has directed Secretary, Services and General Administration Department (SandGAD) regarding followup and delays in implementation of directions.

In compliance with the directives of Chief Minister Balochistan, SandGAD on Monday conveyed the following instructions of the Chief Minister Balochistan to all administrative departments for strict compliance in letter and spirit.

The instruction include any officer or department which shall not reply, implement address or do they said matter, shall be suspended on non-reply and action. SandGAD and Secretary (Implementation and Coordination) shall be overall in charge and supervisory officer of the subject and shall follow all such cases as per the file tracking or task tracking system, developed by Chief Minister’s Delivery Unit (CMDU).

Any official if served three notices or letters or warnings over any official matter shall make himself liable to be transferred and enquired upon. Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Chief Secretary Office and SandGAD shall gather all such information and in future make a mechanism on it. CMDU shall assist Secretary Implementation and Coordination and S and GAD for making an automated system to this effect, too.
