ISLAMABAD:Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) Usman Mansoor said Wednesday that talks with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) were not possible in the current circumstances.
During an informal talk with the media, he commented on the Supreme Court’s advice of talks between the government and the PTI on the issue of elections and said that talks with the PTI were difficult amid what had been going on for the past week.
“The current circumstances are not suitable for talks with the PTI,” he said. “Talks can be considered as the situation improves,” he added. “The current government will complete its term,” he stated.
