The Meteorological Department has warned that during the next twelve hours, the weather is expected to remain hot and dry in most parts of the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, daytime temperatures in Sindh and southern Punjab are expected to be 2 to 4 degrees Celsius above normal. During the past 24 hours, the weather remained dry in most parts of the country, while it was hot in the plains.

According to the Meteorological Department’s report, temperatures recorded yesterday were 44 degrees Celsius in Dadu, Shaheed Benazirabad, and Mithi; 43 degrees in Tando Jam, Hyderabad, Padidan, and Chhor; 42 degrees in Sakrand, Mirpur Khas, Mohenjo-daro, and Lasbela; and 41 degrees in Turbat and Nokundi.

The Meteorological Department has advised the public to take precautionary measures to protect themselves from the effects of the heat.
