BANNU: All District Bannu Naat Khawani Competition came to an end on Thursday in the blessed month of Ramadan organized by District Administration Bannu.
Deputy Commissioner Bannu Captain (r) Muhammad Zubair Khan Niazi was the chief guest at the closing ceremony. District Khatib Maulana Mufti Abdul Ghani, Nizam-ul-Haq, Nowruz Ali Karbalai and Bashirullah Khan Superintendent who performed as judges of the competition were also present on the occasion.
According to the decision of the judges the first position was won by Muhammad Shoaib Khan son of Zardad Khan of Daud Shah, the second position was won by Muhammad Talha son of Ikramullah of Sokri and the third position was won by Urooj Zara son of Babar Ali Sentinel Model Girls School respectively.
In the Naat competition, 15 best Naat khwans who were selected from 77 videos presented Naat before the judges in the Deputy Commissioner’s Office on Thursday. Deputy Commissioner Bannu distributed cash prizes and certificates of appreciation in all the Naat Khawans including the first, second and third place winners.
Welcoming the deep interest of the students in Madhat Rasool Kareem, the Deputy Commissioner said that of course the Holy Prophet SAW was sent as a mercy and our salvation is in following the path suggested by him.
