KARACHI: Sindh government Thursday announced winter holidays in educational institutions of the province from December 20 to January 3.

According to official information, a sub-committee of the steering committee of the Sindh Education Department has decided that winter vacations across the province will be from December 20 to January 1. The schools will be reopened from January 3.

A meeting of the Committee on winter vacations was held today under the chairmanship of Education Secretary Ghulam Akbar Leghari. Schools will reopen on January 3, following the holidays in educational institutions starting December 20.
