QUETTA: Parliamentary Secretary for Information, Bushra Rind, has said that the perpetrators involved in video scandal would face the music.

Talking to media, here on Wednesday, she said that Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo had issued directives to Inspector General of Police, Balochistan to expedite finalizing investigation into video scandal case. She added that Cyber Crime Wing of F.I.A had also been approached for providing technical assistance into the case besides constituting a team of police headed by SSP, Operation, Quetta, Abdul Haq Umrani to probe into the video scandal.

She said that materials seized from the alleged accused, including cellular phones, videos and USBs, had been sent to Punjab Forensic Science Agency for analysis and further action would accordingly be taken on the basis of findings. She said that two alleged accused Hidayat Khilji and Khalil were with police on 14 days physical remand, adding that perpetrators involved in video scandal would face the music.
