JAFFARABAD:Jaffarabad police claimed to have foiled the bid to smuggle 30 kilogram hashish, to be smuggled to the interior of the country, in an operation conducted at the site of Zero Point on national highway of Jaffarabad in Balochistan province on Monday.

One alleged accused was also arrested during the operation. According to reports, during search of a vehicle at Zero Point area of Jaffarabad, 30 kilogram hashish, to be smuggled to the interior of country, was recovered from the hidden cavities of a vehicle. One alleged accused namely Din Muhammad son of Muhammad Rafique, resident of Sirki Road, Quetta was arrested. Case against the alleged accused was lodged and further investigation underway.
