ISLAMABAD:Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has said the PTI government is committed to transforming Pakistan into a welfare state.

Talking to media in Faisalabad on Monday, he termed Sehat Card facility as a revolutionary programme in the history of Pakistan. He said the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan is introducing the social welfare programme to improve the living standards of the people. He said the PTI government is emphasizing the use of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) because it wanted free, fair and transparent elections.
