World Bank has assured its full support to Pakistan for development of education sector in the country.
The assurance came during meeting of World Bank’s delegation led by its Country Director Najy Benhassine with Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Rana Tanveer Hussain in Islamabad on Friday.
The Education Minister acknowledged the work being done by the World Bank in Pakistan and emphasized the need for expediting work on different projects underway in collaboration with World Bank.
He said it is imperative to work together to use the global knowledge base and experience of World Bank to our advantage.
The Country Director of World Bank appreciated the role of Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training in the implementation of on-going World Bank funded projects.
