Additional IG Karachi Javed Alam Odho visited various locations in Clifton to review the security arrangements for Eid.
During this visit, he inspected Gulf Shopping Mall, Cliff Shopping Mall, Metro Shopping Mall, and police reporting camps.
The police chief issued orders to intensify patrolling and snap checking to prevent street crimes. He directed ensuring foolproof security. Necessary instructions were also given to improve traffic flow and parking arrangements.
SSP South, SP Clifton, SP Traffic, and other officers were also present during this visit. The police chief met with representatives of the business community who appreciated the police’s security measures and presented him with a bouquet and an Ajrak.
