Vaccination of camels starts in Lasbela after camel viral decease news

LASBELA:,,, District administration Lasbela on Thursday started vaccination of camels after news about camel viral decease floated on social media. Teams of Livestock and Dairy Development Department have been dispatched to the affected areas of district Lasbela in Balochistan province to get the camels vaccinated.

Taking notice of viral decease amongst camels in some areas of district Lasbela, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Lasbela, Syed Yasin Akhtar directed the authorities of Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Lasbela to dispatch staff of Levestick and Dairy Development Department, including veterinary doctors, and mobile units, for vaccination of camels against the disease in affected areas.

Syed Yasin Akhtar also sought report from the concerned authorities about the mysterious disease amongst camels. Talking to media, including PPI, Syed Yasin Akhtar, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Lasbela said that the teams of livestock would soon control the disease with the help of owners of camels.
