The United States says it is focusing on bringing Sweden and Finland into NATO.

This was stated by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken while addressing a news conference in Washington along with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

Speaking on the occasion, NATO chief Stoltenberg advised the bloc members to boost their military spending, citing the challenges of a “more dangerous and more competitive world.
