ISLAMABAD: US Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Blome called on Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari here in Islamabad on Thursday.
The Foreign Minister commended US announcement, made at the Geneva Conference, for providing an additional amount of 100 million dollars for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of flood victims of Pakistan.
During the meeting, views were also exchanged about visa interview facilities for Pakistanis. Speaking on the occasion, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said visa facilities will not only expedite the process of visa acquisition but also increase people-to-people contacts. The US Ambassador reiterated his resolve to continue supporting the people of Pakistan for the rehabilitation of the flood victims.
